the staycity experience
Expect the perfect blend of home and hotel from a Staycity aparthotel. This means you have all the freedom, privacy and creature comforts of your own home through the likes of a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining, living and working spaces, combined with the consistency and convenience of standard hotel services such as 24-hour reception, fresh towels and bed linen, and cleaning.
There's no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of six nights or less. Washing up liquid, a sponge, disposable cloth, tea towels, dustpan and brush, bin bags, and bathroom bag sacks are provided in your apartment. Mops and floor brushes (if not already in your apartment) are available upon request. If you would like an additional freshening up, we can provide a full cleaning service, including a change of bed linen and towels for a small cost.
For stays of 7 nights or more a full cleaning service is included on the 4th day of your stay, which includes a change of bed linen, towels and a general sprucing up of the apartment. This cleaning will also occur every 7 days thereafter.
Nearly all of our aparthotels have fully fitted kitchens, so you can cook up a storm as often as you wish. Each kitchen contains a hob, oven (property dependent) or combi microwave and they are all fully equipped with all the utensils, crockery and cutlery to meet your cooking and dining needs. All you need to bring are the recipes and know-how! Of course, you can also order in or eat out. It’s up to you. This freedom and flexibility is central to the Staycity experience.
Yes. This too is key to the Staycity experience. All of our aparthotels are centrally located close to the main tourist attractions, business hives and transport hubs across Europe’s most vibrant cities. So, whether you’re staying for business, pleasure or both, you’re always in the heart of the action.
Unfortunately Staycity is unable to accept ‘stag’ or ‘hen’ parties.
bookings
The best way to book is directly with us on Staycity.com. When you sign up for our member rates you will receive 10% off every time you book directly with us.
We also have a reservations team available to take your booking or answer any questions you may have. They are available between 8am and 8pm GMT Monday to Friday and from 8.30am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The team speak English, French, Italian, Spanish and German.
As supply of service is deemed local, VAT is applied to the room price at the local prevailing rates for that location. Some locations in France, Italy and Germany will be subject to a local city tax in addition to the rates booked.
This depends on the rate you've booked with us.
1) Fully Flexible rates are payable on check-in and should your plans change at the last minute you can avail of free cancellation online up to 3pm the day prior to arrival.
2) Semi Flexible rates are payable on booking, but you can still cancel for free online up until 3pm 3 days before arrival.
3) Early Saver rates are available on 3+ night stays, booked at least 30 days in advance. The full payment is processed on booking and is non-refundable.
No Show Policy
If a guest fails to arrive or does not cancel within the cancellation policy time – they are treated as a “No Show”. If they have booked the fully flexible rate they will be charged for the first night of their stay only. If they have booked a semi flexible rate the payment has already been processed and is non-refundable.

If you booked a free cancellation rate you can cancel online. Please ensure that you have the email address you used to make your booking and the confirmation number.
If you booked a free cancellation rate but paid upfront, you can still cancel online and your card will be fully refunded.

check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 11am. Our reception is open 24 hours so there will always be someone to meet you on arrival.
If you have booked a villa at Staycity Aparthotels near Disneyland® Paris, check-in is from 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
Most of our properties now require you to check-in online in advance of your arrival. You will receive an email with this information in advance of your stay.
Online check-in is not available in our German and Italian aparthotels. Please check-in directly at reception.
For early arrivals we will attempt to facilitate early check-in. Alternatively, we will store luggage until the apartment is ready. Late check-outs are subject to availability and charged per hour.

Yes. To check in, a guest must be 18 or older. If not, they must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
eating & drinking
To help you settle in we provide a small welcome offering including basic items such as milk sachets, sugar, tea, coffee, salt and pepper.
You are free to bring food back to Staycity aparthotels, from takeout to groceries to cook your own meals. It's up to you.
Some of our aparthotels have on-site Staycafés, serving a wide range of food and drink. Check with your chosen destination to see what’s available.

Our specially designed super comfy sofa beds are not made up on arrival, but we provide all the necessary linen required in your room.

As part of our strategy for a green future we do not change towels daily. Should you need additional towels we are happy to replace a set within your stay. We are happy to top up bathroom supplies (toilet roll, hand wash, hair & body wash) if required.
Of course. All our aparthotels offer complimentary, industry-leading highspeed WiFi throughout all rooms and common areas.
Many of our properties have private and secure on-site parking, and those that don’t offer nearby alternatives. Check with your chosen destination to see what’s available.

Yes! We offer 20% off stays for 7 - 21 nights and 30% off stays for over 21 nights.
